What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each session will slightly increase in intensity. The boot camp is designed to cater for all levels of fitness in the same session. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
The boot camp offers all or most of the following:
Your first session should include a basic fitness assessment if that hasn't been done.
Warm Up - Each session should start with a 10 minute warm up.
Workout - The 30-40 minute workout will typically include bodyweight training for expamle:
- push ups
- plyometric
- Interval training
- Squats
- Lunges
- Squat thrusts or burpees
- Speed training with sprints
- Core strength
- Partner exercises etc.
- Cool down and stretching. The session will end with a stretching session as cool down.
Fitness retesting: At the end of fitness boot camp, you will typically repeat the original fitness assessment to determine your results.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect experienced trainers to provide a challenging workout for any level of fitness.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet 3 times per week for one hour during the four-week program. All participants must arrive on time. Spesific days and times depend on the venue that you choose to attend. (See Location Details for more info)

What do I get when I sign up?
Besides your camp sessions, you get a pre and post camp evaluation, access to a personal profile on the website once you are registered, where you can track your progress through specifically designed body fat calculator that stores your results over time. You also get access to specially designed exercise programs that you could use on the days that you do not attend boot camp as well as access to dietary tips and healthy recipes.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Body shape Improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Weight loss is dependent on dietary adjustments as well. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1dresses size within the first camp if you make the effort to change your lifestyle as well. Remember, everyone is different! It’s not a competition, so focus on your individual results.
Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work?
Unfortunately with all the bootcamp venues being situated outdoors, mostly at sports grounds, public open spaces or on the beach, there are no shower facilities available.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. Exercise mats are provided and when we use equipment, that will be provided.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. And, you’ll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else! It is a very cost affective way to bump your fitness level a notch or two at only N$33 per session and no registering fee or 1 year contract.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, we will charge a N$50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, no refunds will be given unfortunately, as only a limited number of places are available for each venue and and the spot will then not be filled. This is not negotiable, sorry!
What is the investment?
Each six-week boot camp has a cost fee of N$500 for 12 hours of instruction! That’s just N$45 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting-edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Other Options:
If you finish a bootcamp and choose not to continue at the next scedualed date, but want to keep your profile open in order to keep monitoring your progress, you can do so for N$100 per month. You will also have access to the specially designed exercise programs that you could use to maintain you fitness as well as access to dietary tips and healthy recipes.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. Once we receive your registration information and proof of payment you will be notified to create your own personal profile and get access to all the extras.
